Python installation

To run the examples in the tutorial, you need to have Python installed and some
extra packages (:ref:`python_requirements`). Follow the links below for
installation instructions specific to your platform. These instructions are
taken directly from the python4ESAC course, so they also contain installation
of additional (optional) packages.
